Replacement anchor points fitted to the applicable design, manufacturer and safety requirements.

  • Wall tie repairs

Internal wall tie repairs to keep the structure sound.

  • Bed re-stitches

Re-stitching of beds, splits and high-stress seams.

  • Inflation tube extensions

Extend or replace inflation tubes to suit your blower.

  • Zip repairs

Replacement and repair of damaged zips.

  • Patches & fabric work

From small punctures to bigger fabric replacements and blown beds.

On-site work or the repair workshop?

Access, weather, the size of the damaged area and the type of stitching or fabric work all affect where a repair can be completed. Smaller accessible faults can often be dealt with during a testing visit, while larger bed, wall-tie and replacement-panel work may need workshop space and machinery.

Send clear photographs before moving the equipment. Dave can advise how it should be prepared, whether it needs to stay inflated and what inspection or re-check may be required afterwards. For limited fabric work you can also ask about a repair kit.

Getting an estimate

  • Send clear photos

Include a close-up of the damage, a wider view of its position and the equipment make or model where known.

  • Include useful measurements

Give the approximate size of the damaged area and the inflatable's overall size so Dave can assess the likely work.

  • Agree where the work happens

Dave confirms whether the repair is suitable for an on-site visit or needs workshop space.

  • Confirm the estimate

Dave explains the likely repair route and cost from the information available before the work is booked.

  • Arrange the work

Agree the location, access, timing and how the inflatable needs to be prepared for repair.

  • Repair and re-test if needed

Where inspection work is involved, Dave explains whether the repaired part needs to be checked again before use.

Repair questions

Can every repair be done on-site?

No. Small splits, seams and anchor work can often be handled during a visit, while larger bed, wall-tie or fabric work may need workshop space. Photos help Dave decide before travelling.

Can a repair be combined with testing?

Yes. Minor work can often be completed during an inspection visit, which may avoid a separate return journey and full re-test.

What should I include in the enquiry?

Send photographs, the equipment type and size, your location and any deadline. Dave will confirm the likely repair route and quote from there.
